Here I open the doors of my pantry and my fridge. I have a passion for ingredients such as spices which I collect in my "Spice Library" built by Wendell to fit 75 "Bonne Maman" jam jars full of spices, plus a few little glass bottles. I have great collection of peppers (black, white, green, long, mini, Sechuan, etc.). As much as I like simple cooking, I adore rare fruits, vegetable, nuts, seeds, cereals, spices of course.
