I had to write a review about this amazing cheese I have bought at Ramsgate Foodies Market last Saturday. This is totally my kind of cheese. It is a mix of 3 milks: cow, sheep and goat. It is a perfect balance of all three. If you’re not a huge fan of goat I would suggest you start with this one. It is creamy, with a delicious flavour, not too strong.
La Tur is an Italian cheese made in the Piedmont region. It has a wrinkled light yellow rind, a first layer which is nearly liquid, sooooo creamy, a chalky centre which is not dry and highly spreadable.
I suggest a home-made bread with heavy flour or a mixed flour (rye + wheat) bread.
If you ever see this little beauty, snap it :) And let me know what you think.
