Mixturus in Latin means "about to mix". Cooking is all about mixing ingredients, marrying them to create harmony.
My idea is to document all the classic and more adventurous ingredient pairing such as Orange & Chocolate, Egg & Nutmeg, Lamb & Cumin, etc. I see it as a sharing experience and you, readers, are more than welcome to share your own mixes.
